The company “Wedo”

Traditionally stable, active in the present, heading flexibly towards the future – this is what sets Westdeutsche Dochtfabrik GmbH & Co. KG apart. Many of our customers simply call us “Wedo” – a name we are delighted to accept. The traditional company Heinz Jansen Technische Geflechte GmbH & Co. KG has been taken over in full by Wedo. Ever since this merger, we have been manufacturing our products for you in three locations with maximum reliability.

Your success is fuelled by our progressive, service-oriented approach, maximal customer focus and, of course, the basis of our company – our market-leading expertise. Our symbiosis of tradition and innovation is one of the pillars of our production. Our standardised and special products meet the most discerning standards of quality and regularity – this applies to our wicks and our other technical braids alike. We understand our customers and we understand our business.

Over the course of the past years, our customers have repeatedly asked us to use our WEDO expertise to provide them with solutions for other cord-like structures. We listened to our customers and took action. This has prompted us to support the field of technical braids even more intensively and widen our own market position for you. Besides committment to our services and products, our main priority is the most valuable and important resource of our whole business: you, our satisfied customers.
